Welcome to the Southlake Water Utilities Online Portal!

Navigating the portal:

  • Home: Return to this page at any time.
  • General Billing: Pay for invoiced city services not related to utilities. Note: You must have an invoice number to complete your payment.
  • Other Services: Make a payment for a Fire Hydrant Meter Rental.
  • Southlake Water Utilities: New customers can start a new utility service request. Existing customers can make payments toward your water bill, view your water bill, and sign up for EFT or set up recurring credit card payments using your account number and CID number, which can be found on your water bill.

Payment Processing Information:

Payments entered prior to noon will be processed the next business day. Payments entered after noon will be processed within two (2) business days. Please keep this in mind when making online payments, as late fees will be assessed according to your bill if the payment is not funded by your due date.
