Welcome to the City of Southlake Online Payment portal! We are pleased to offer this portal to residents and businesses located within the City of Southlake.

To utilize the online portal, click on Citizen Self Service then Southlake Water Utilities, under the menu options to the left of this page. For your convenience, users are not required to create an account. In order to make a payment with a debit or credit card, view your current or past bills, just enter in your Account number and your Customer ID number located on your water bill. Your account information will populate and you can navigate to make a payment or view your bills.

Payments entered prior to 12:00am will be processed the next business day. Payments entered after 12:00am will be processed within two (2) business days. Please keep this in mind when making online payments as late fees will be assessed according to your bill, if the online payment is not funded by your due date.
